Terms and conditions for the rental of La Petite Renaudière

Booking and Payment :

• To reserve La Petite Renaudière, make the reservation from our website.
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The deposit option is only available for bookings made more than one month before the arrival date.
• The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Arrival and departure :

• Arrival time is from 4pm.
• Departure time is before 10am.
• Please respect these times to allow the gite to be prepared for the next travelers.

Capacity and use :

• La Petite Renaudière can accommodate up to 8 people.
• The gîte is intended for residential use only. Events or parties are not permitted.

Facilities and maintenance :

• The gîte is fully equipped for your comfort.
• Please respect the premises and report any damage or malfunctions.

Pets and smoking :

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the gite.

Liability :

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses during your stay.
• Please take out travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Environment and Neighborhood :

• Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors.
• Respect the environment by sorting your waste and saving water and electricity.

Cancellation :

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following charges apply :

• More than 30 days before arrival : full refund of the reservation.
• Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival : 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival : no refund.

If the balance of the booking is not paid at least 30 days before the arrival date, the stay will be cancelled by the lessor, and the deposit will not be refunded.
