Terms and conditions for renting La Petite Renaudière

Reservation and Payment:

• To book La Petite Renaudière, make your reservation via our website.
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation, the deposit option is only offered for reservations made more than one month before the arrival date.
• The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Arrival and Departure:

• Check-in time is from 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is before 11am.
• Please respect these times to allow the accommodation to be prepared for the next guests.

Capacity and Use:

• La Petite Renaudière can accommodate up to 8 people.
• The cottage is intended for residential use only. Events or parties are not permitted.

Equipment and Maintenance:

• The cottage is fully equipped for your comfort.
• Please respect the premises and report any damage or malfunction.

Animals and Tobacco:

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage.

Responsibility :

• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses during your stay.
• Please purchase travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Environment and Neighborhood:

• Respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
• Respect the environment by sorting your waste and saving water and electricity.

Cancelation :

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following fees apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the reservation.
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the reservation.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

If the balance of the reservation is not paid at least 30 days before the arrival date, the stay will be cancelled by the rental company, and the deposit will not be refunded.
